About TOLK AI
TOLK AI is the company of Andrei Drangoz, based in Chisinau. It builds websites, automations, CRMs and AI integrations for companies in Moldova, so that repetitive work is done by systems, not by people. TOLK AI started operating on 1 October 2026.
Who I am
I'm Andrei Drangoz, founder of TOLK AI
I studied veterinary medicine and ended up building systems that do the work instead of people.
It all started in 2018. I was a student at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, looking for a way to make a living. I found a $10 WordPress course, got hooked, and started freelancing on Upwork. I said "yes" to every project I found, and that turned out to be the best school.
I earned my Master's in veterinary medicine, then made the hardest decision of my career: to move fully into web. Since then I have done design, written code, led projects and built automations for companies in several countries.
What keeps me in this field is the same thing that pulled me in at the start: I love optimizing processes. If something takes three hours and I can build a system that does it in thirty minutes, I go after it every time.

What Andrei Drangoz builds
Everything I offer TOLK AI clients, I first built and used in production, at real volume.
Websites
Since 2018: first on WordPress, for clients on Upwork, then custom websites, fast and built for Google.
Automations
Workflows that move data between programs on their own: from a published article to social media posts, from a website enquiry to an email with the full context.
Custom CRM and software
Systems built around how the company works, not the other way round. The most complete one: Woof CRM, with production, stock and invoicing.
AI integrations
Assistants that answer customers, book consultations and reply from the company's own data.

Why TOLK AI opened in 2026
To be direct: the company is new. The experience behind it is not.
Until recently, automation and custom software were mostly for large companies. Today, with artificial intelligence, a ten-person firm can have systems that cost as much as a department a few years ago.
2026 taught me more than any other year of my career: how to work with AI agents, how to build systems that run on their own, how to run projects with fewer people. Businesses in Moldova find it harder and harder to hire, and the repetitive work they cannot find people for is exactly the work a system can take over.
TOLK AI is my company, for companies in Moldova. I continue to work with BSPE Legal Marketing, separately.
