Terms of use

The tolk.md website is owned and operated by TOLK AI SRL, IDNO 1025600040903, Chisinau, Republic of Moldova. Contact: andrei@tolk.md, phone +373 60 010 169.

These terms apply to the use of the website and to the first call with us. Actual projects are carried out under a separate offer and contract, which take precedence over these terms.

You may use the website freely to learn about our services and to contact us. You may not:

• attempt to access parts of the website or the server that you are not authorised to access;
• submit unlawful content, spam or harmful software through the form;
• copy the content of the website in bulk by automated means.

• The first call is free, lasts up to 60 minutes and does not commit you to anything.
• After the call you receive a written proposal setting out what is worth doing, the fixed price and the timeline. The offer is valid for 30 days unless it states otherwise.
• Work begins once the contract is signed and, where the contract provides for it, once the advance payment has been made.
• A process audit, when we propose it as a first step, has a fixed price and is deducted from the project cost if we continue.

Prices on the website, where shown, are indicative. The final price is the one in the accepted offer and in the contract. Payment is made by bank transfer, on the basis of an invoice, within the terms set out in the contract.

• The texts, design, TOLK AI logo and other content of this website belong to us. You may quote them with a reference to the source, but you may not copy them in full without our written consent.
• For client projects, the rights in the deliverables pass to the client upon full payment, on the terms set out in the contract. Third-party software and libraries remain under their own licences.
• We may present a project in our portfolio only with the client's consent. For clients who do not wish to be named, we describe the project without the name and without any data that could identify them.

We try to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but it is general in nature and does not replace an offer. Screenshots from CRM and AI projects use invented data, marked as demo.

The website contains links to external websites, for example portfolio projects or LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of those websites.

We are not liable for losses caused by temporary interruptions of the website, or by the use of information on it without an offer and a contract. Liability for projects is set out in the contract.

How we process data submitted through the form and which cookies we use, including Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and marketing tools, is explained in the Privacy policy. You can change your choice at any time under "Cookie settings" in the website footer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. We try to resolve any disagreement through discussion. If we cannot, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts of Chisinau.

We may update these terms. The new version will appear on this page, with the update date. For ongoing projects, the terms of the contract apply.
